Use it for:

• Questions and corrections — spotted an error in an article? Tell us; we fix things.
• Licensing — quoting beyond fair-use excerpts, classroom use, or re-use of images and resources. The ground rules are in the Terms (§5, the resource library).
• Privacy and data requests — though export and deletion are self-service on your account page; see Your data.
• Security reports — good-faith research is welcome; report privately and give us reasonable time to fix.
• Tool access — the platform tools are invitation-only. You can request access from any tool page once signed in, or by email.

If you're signed in to the tools, the built-in Bug / Idea reporter is the fastest route for anything product-related — it attaches the context we need to reproduce a problem.

We're a deliberately small operation, so replies come from a person, not a ticket system. Legal and privacy requests are answered within 30 days; most everything else much faster.
